The catering team of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow take pride in providing exceptional fine-dining, led by our award-winning Chef and Catering Manager, Richie Holmes.

Richie has won over 50 Regional, National and International culinary awards and has represented the UK in several major Catering competitions. He has been awarded Gold medals in the Culinary Olympics, the Culinary World Cup, the Mediterranean Culinary challenge, the American Culinary Classic and the British Open Cookery Championships, and he now sits as a Judge for national culinary competitions.

Richie and his team create bespoke menus using fresh, seasonal produce from local suppliers. We can cater for large formal dinners, intimate private dining and hot and cold buffets. Everyone who dines at the College can expect exceptional food, first-class service and a very warm welcome.
